The National Tenancy Database provides daily access to over 1.5 million individuals' tenancy files, along with access to over 2 million public record files and 1 million commercial credit files held by Veda.

Member Agents can access the service via the web, phone or fax and can conduct the following checks:

• Tenant Check - providing rental history
• Public Record Search - providing details of bankruptcies, court judgments, directorship and proprietorship information and also includes a Tenant Check

• Identity verification - verifying the applicants identity against a series of reliable and independent data sources giving you greater confidence the applicant says who they say they are and helping to protect you against identity fraud.

The sharing of information by its members is vital in the success of tenancy databases and ntd holds over 21 years worth of valuable information contributed by thousands of members. ntd provides a valuable service for agents, with members being able to lodge information free of charge.
